Furnishings are one of the biggest investments a consumer can make next to a home or car, eventually all upholstery will need cleaning.  Fabrics are very delicate and cannot be cleaned with aggresive cleaning methods.

Fabrics need cleaning regularly using approved methods.  This will extend the appearance and feel of the fabric and save you money.  A regularly maintained suite will last longer than a suite that is not.  In time soiling at first becomes noticable and then becomes unbearable.  This is when we are called.

What you can expect

Pre inspection.  We will determine the correct cleaning method, the type of fabric and inspect the filling.  We will test for any dye migration or shrinkage problems.

Pre grooming.  This will help breakdown any dry soiling.

Pre vacuuming. This will remove the dry soiling.

Pre spotting.  We will use specialist spotting techniques to remove any spots that could prove difficult. (If needed)

Pre spray.  Is then applied this will help break down the soiling.

Agitation.  This will further help the cleaning solution to work and will suspend the soiling in the solution.

Dwell time.  This is the time needed for the cleaning solution to work effectively.

Non residue rinsing.  A further cleaning / rinsing solution is then used, under very low pressure and very low heat.  This is to ensure there is no over wetting of the filling and damage to the fabric.

Post spotting. ( If needed )

Post Grooming.  This ensures the nap / pile of the fabric is lying in the correct direction.

Drying  We aim to leave your suite dry before we leave, but times can vary.

Post clean inspection by client.
