New Dawn Carpet and Upholstery is a company dedicated to the care and after care of their clients' soft furnishings. We are located in Caerleon, near Newport South Wales. Our service area includes- Cardiff, Penarth, Bristol, Abergavenny, Monmouth, Usk, South Wales and South East Wales. We are members of the National Carpet Cleaners Assocation (NCCA) and a Certified Firm of the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
The company is family owned and run by Miriam and Steve O'Leary and has a large and satisfied client base. Every client, no matter how big or small the cleaning service needed , will have their full personal and professional attention, from first point of contact right through to the cleaning service provided.
Every client receives a free quote without obligation and the price given down to the last penny is the price the client pays, we stand by the price given and is inclusive of all labour and solutions used. All work undertaken is GUARANTEED 100% in writing before any work begins and with no strings attached. You the client must be completely happy with the cleaning service provided.

We are commited to a continuing educational program - This is part of the IICRC Continuing Education Credit ( CEC) program. All cleaning technicians must pass extensive and expensive exams, to become IICRC certified.

THIS IICRC CERTIFIED FIRM AGREES TO:
Estabalish and maintain professionalism when conducting,business and to uphold honesty,integrity and competency in all dealings with consumers.
Have an IICRC Certified Technician present on all job sites, or will immediately notify the consumer if there is not a Technician on site certified in the category of work to be performed.
Have an IICRC Technician certified in all categories of service that the firm is marketing to consumers.
Maintain a written complaint procedure and respond to those complaints in a timely fashion. In case of unresolved complaints engage in arbirtation and accept those conclusions.
Carry adequate insurance coverage at all times to protect consumers.
Maintain all required or appropriate licenses, permits and bonds.
Seek, provide and promote training and continuing education in the firm to enhance technician proficiency.
Avoid false or deceptive advertising or marketing including the use of misleading price information, and will provide consumers with accurate information regarding prices, services and products.
