Carpet Cleaning & Protection....Full Service. This package is designed for people who want professionally cleaned carpets. First we vacuum with a high filtration cleaner, which is specifically designed for high performance professional cleaning. We will move all your large furnishings, but for insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller valuable items, such as ornaments before we arrive. Next we will apply a pre spray, which is specially designed to lift oily soil and pollutants from your carpet fibres and suspend them in a aqueous solution. Then we use hot water extraction; simply this is where we shoot a hot water cleaning solution into your carpet. This breaks up the soil in the fibres and is then extracted taking all the soil out of your carpet, leaving it fresh, healthy, clean and residue free, so your carpet will not attract soil . The carpet is then dried using powerful air movers , and is usually dry in 2/4 hours. Your furniture is then placed back on the carpet, we place protective foil tabs and styrofoam blocks under the legs of your furniture. Why? because sometimes the moisture left in the carpet can leech out any colour stain finish from the furniture, and leave a very difficult to remove stain on the carpet. Finally we will groom your carpet to leave it in the best possible condition.We do advise a protector treatment be applied during the cleaning process. It will help keep your carpet in good condition.

Spot & Stain Cleaning..... If you spill anything on your furnishing act as soon as it happens. The longer the spot stays the more it beomes a stain and a stain is usually there for good. We do use specialist techniques, but the sooner the spot is treated, the more chance of removal.

Allergy Control.....You can help yourself and your family. Use a damp micro fibre cloth to dust with, then polish with a dry cloth; it will save you money - no more cans of polish to pay for. Most DIY stores stock them. Open your windows. We live in hermetically sealed double glazed homes. You spend many hours in bed, you shed skin, you perspire - that is heaven for the dust mite. Again open your windows. Once a month take take the mattress off yor bed and put it on its edge and vacuum it, vacuum under the bed. While you do that open the window. Dust mites do not like fresh air. Dust mites eat the skin you've shed and the fungus that develops on dust mite faeces, is a major allergen.

Fast drying - carpets will normally be dry within 2 - 4 hours of cleaning, depending on the weather and what type of sub floor you have.
