Instructions:
WEAR RUBBER GLOVES
Clean residue of mold from surface of the leather using either Em Clean or the appropriate leather cleaner
Spray Em Clean onto the surface leaving a residue of the product on the leather
Leave overnight and inspect over the next few days
If mold residue starts to re-appear repeat the process
If the mold attack has been severe it may have left pitting on the leather surface. This is a seperate problem and will have to be repaired by a technician.
For bodily fluids clean area first with Leather Shampoo and then spray on Em Clean. Leave product on the surface to dry naturally.

Product Name: Leather Ink Remover
Description:
Soft gel product supplied with cotton buds for removal of ink (ball point pen) from leather.
It is recommended that Leather Shampoo and Leather Protect are purchased with this product to ensure that the process can be completed correctly.
LeatherTypes:
Pigment and Protected leathers only. Use with caution on 2 tone leathers.
Applications:
- For removal of ink (ball point pen)
- Not usually effective on felt tip and permanent markers, but there is no harm in trying.
Instructions:
Apply a good amount of product to the ink line and allow to sit for 30 seconds.
Massage gently into the area. The product should be allowed to dissolve the ink and lift it rather than be used as an abrasive. Our favoured tool is the “fingertip” but cotton buds or a soft cloth can be used.
Wipe away product with paper towel and assess results, reapply as required.
If any ink remains after 2-3 applications then the ink gel has done as much as it is going to do and the ink has travelled too far into the finish on the leather so further steps will have to be taken.
Always clean area with Strong or Soft Cleaner after this process.
NOTE: There have been occasions when leaving the product on the leather for extended periods (1hr-overnight) has resulted in better ink removal. This is nearly always when the leather has been protected with Leather Protect.

Instructions:
Leather Protect is best applied with a finger tip spray applicator (supplied with 150ml and 250ml sizes)
Spray lightly over an area and wipe in gently with a cloth ensuring that no area is missed. There is no need to rub-in unless you are treating scratching on aniline style leathers.
Continue over the entire item an area at a time.
In a warm environment there will be no need to dry and the furniture can be used as soon as it has dried.
Excessive coating is not required and may lead to drying problems and stickiness.
If the leather is very sensitive or dry (indicated by very fast absorption or darkening) treat once and allow to dry (1 hr.!!), then apply a second coat.
Leather Protect should be applied 2-4 times per year particularly in high wear areas. Sensitive and pale coloured leathers will benefit from more regular applications especially after cleaning.

Squeeze foam cleaner onto a sponge

For spot cleaning always clean the whole panel where spillage has occurred

Regular cleaning and protection is vital to keep Nubuck and Suede looking good and preventing the build up of dirt and oils.Nubuck and suede leathers are high maintenance and should ideally be looked after from new. They can be brought back to life with this kit as is shown in the photograph.

Instructions:
The first step is to break up the surface fibres with the Napping Brush. This is especially important on areas that have become matted with body oils.
You can be quite aggressive with the napping brush but keep it moving so that you do not over scrub one spot.
Then unfold and flatten out the Nubuck Cleaning Cloth. This should then be wrapped tightly, smoothly and evenly around the sponge. Ideally what you should end up with is a smooth, even cylinder approx. 35-40mm in diameter. (If you make a mess of your first attempt undo and try again)*
What you have created is a ‘tack roll’ that you will draw across the surface of the leather. In doing so the roll removes dirt from the pile of the Nubuck. This action should be repeated gently and evenly in all directions across the surface (if you clean only in one direction you will clean only one side of the pile).
Set the nap with a dry sponge.
After this process a light spray with Waterstop is recommended, particularly in the high use areas.

Cleaning of surface dirt from Nubuck without having to resort to wet cleaning systems and the inherent problems associated with this.
Instructions:
Must always be used correctly to avoid damage and get the best results.
Unfold cloth and smooth out the creses.
Wrap cloth firmly around the sponge (ideal size 4" x 3" x cloth width)creating a firm cigar shape approx. 1- 1.5" diameter. It is now ready for use.
Using firm even strokes brush the rolled cloth in all directions across the affected areas.
The dirt released by opening up the nap should stick to the cloth.
The whole of the cloth can be used so when exposed surface loses its tacky feel, re wrap exposing a clean surface. Both sides of the cloth can be used.
The cloth will pull some dyefrom Nubuck leather so to avoid dye transfer it is not advisable to move from dark leather to light leather using the same cloth.
